UgAi As part of Company’s commitment to transforming the local agricultural landscape with innovative technology, EFERT and ICT team launched UgAI — Pakistan’s first integrated B2C Agri e-commerce platform. UgAI provides farmers with direct access to Engro’s fertilizers, crop planning tools, flexible delivery options, secure digital payments, and real-time crop monitoring through drone and satellite imagery. Designed for simplicity and impact, its key technological features include real-time integration, scalable cloud architecture, advanced data processing, enhanced security protocols, and a user-centered design.
Engro markaz In line with the Government of Pakistan’s directive to ensure fair fertilizer pricing, Engro launched Engro Markaz, a network of five company-owned and operated retail outlets in Punjab. This initiative empowers small-acreage farmers by providing access to high-quality fertilizers at controlled prices. Engro developed and implemented a robust digital solution across these outlets, enabling key functionalities such as a streamlined farmer verification process integrated with SAP, defined maximum order quantities and payment limits tied to Sold-To Party codes, and instant product invoicing at the point of sale.

Engro Fertilizers has a portfolio of straight fertilizers comprising of some of the most trusted brands among Pakistani farmers such as, Engro Urea and Engro DAP (Di-Ammonium Phosphate) which comprise of some of the most trusted brands among Pakistani farmers.
EFERT set up the first urea production facility in Pakistan, a landmark event in agricultural sector of the country, with a production capacity of 173,000 tons per year in 1968. With various debottlenecking and expansion steps, production capacity increased to 975,000 tons per year. In 2011, the Company set up the world’s largest (at that time) single train urea plant of 1.3 Mn tons capacity. Currently, EFERT is producing 2.2 Mn tons per year.
Engro Zabardast Urea launched in 2017, is yet another leap forward by EFERT in pioneering next generation fertilizers in Pakistan. This product is developed in collaboration with Niha Corp USA.
Engro Ammonium Sulphate with Ammoniacal Nitrogen (20.6%) 21% and Sulphur 24% is used primarily to fulfill the supplemental need of Nitrogen and Sulphur in growing plants.
Till 1994, Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) was imported in Pakistan by the fertilizer import department (FID) however, due to deregulation of imports the private sector took over and EFERT became one of the largest importers in the country.
Engro NP Plus is an innovative formulation that contains Nitrogen and Phosphorus in equal proportions (18:18) providing balanced growth in terms of crop health and productivity.
Engro Zorawar or Mono-Ammonium Phosphate (MAP) is a compound fertilizer with high content of Phosphate (50%) and (10%) Nitrogen.

Engro Potash Power, has a high composition of Potassium (44%) in addition to Nitrogen (13%).
Engro Phos Power, imported from Europe, is acidic in nature and 100% water soluble which is specially designed for high-efficiency irrigation system. It contains Phosphorous (44%) and Nitrogen (17%).
